As Project Coordinator/Department Assistant, you will support our Statistics Department in implementing the IPA regional programme.
Your tasks
Manage and update the existing monitoring tools
Ensure a proper digital-filing record of documents, as well as continuous information flow
Organise experts" missions, workshops and coordinate training courses
Provide secretarial support (incl. reporting requirements)
Proofread documents
Coordinate preparation of the project’s monthly newsletter

Your profile
Completed professional training as office-management assistant or similar
Business fluency in English and at least basic knowledge of German
A keen sense of organisation with meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
Strong communication, networking and team-working skills
Sound user knowledge of MS Office package
Experience working in the role of Project Assistant or Coordinator in a multi-cultural environment is considered an asset

IPA exists to help partner countries face the challenges of European integration and implement reforms to satisfy EU requirements. GOPA Consultants is currently implementing the IPA 2017, multi-partner, statistical cooperation programme that covers the partner countries, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey. The overall objective of the project is to prepare the statistical authorities in the partner countries for future EU membership by aligning their present methodologies and practice with the statistical "acquis” and integrating them into the European Statistical System.
